All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from our New York City studio. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times:
• United States: 2–5 business days
• International Orders: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during launches, restocks, holidays, or periods of high demand.

Free shipping is available on all orders over $75 USD. 

Due to hygiene reasons and the limited nature of our collections, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our team within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
